Rebecca developed these essential skills during her previous 20+ years as a successful entrepreneur and senior executive in the high tech sector prior to starting her real estate career.

Rebecca was a top-producer in sales and marketing at Sun Microsystems, Mitsubishi and Texas Instruments. She co-founded and was V.P. of Sales & Marketing at Network Translation, Inc. (NTI) and was instrumental in negotiating the purchase of the company by Cisco Systems. Rebecca also formed and ran her own consulting business providing sales, marketing and business development expertise to start-up companies. Prior to her work in the computer industry, Rebecca was a Russian and Spanish linguist for the National Security Agency.

Healthy communities and sustainable living are among Rebecca’s special passions. She is a certified Santa Clara Master Gardener and is the Project Lead for the garden-based corporate outreach programs at Google and Adobe. As a columnist for the San Jose Mercury News, Rebecca writes weekly “Green Tips” and the “Ask a Master Gardener” column. Rebecca was also a guest speaker and “Garden Guru” at Sunset Magazine’s celebration weekend. She served as Executive Director of Sustainable Community Gardens in Sunnyvale, as well as on the board of several local and international non-profit organizations.
